Hands down the best dental office. I hate to call her this but the black lady in the front (can’t remember her name) goes ABOVE AND BEYOND for her customers. I know it’s not just me because I overheard her trying to help at least 3 other clients while I was there. Before I even went to my appointment she couldn’t find my number because I entered it in wrong and she literally looked up my job from my insurance card and called me to make sure I knew to switch them to the primary so my insurance could cover my visit and get everything squared away with my appointment before I got there. She is so friendly and warm. I honestly think she just has A LOT of work to do but she handles it beautifully and with the most positive attitude! Thank you! It’s very refreshing. 10/10 recommendation! P.S. I left my water bottle there two months ago and she saved it and remembered me when I came in to give it to me. She’s my new auntie for sure.

I was at a different dentist that told me I needed $8600 worth of fillings and root canals. I went back here after years of being away. Turns out I only need a few fillings. $1800 worth. That is a huge difference. I love my teeth and want to keep them so I am willing to pay whatever…… but I have to like the dentist. I met Dr Ford today he is awesome! And Tiffany his assistant is a gem. Great place . Great people. Honest prices .

I used Dr. Ford at I-Dental to build Crowns for my lower K-9 teeth and for veneers on the 4 teeth in between the K-9’s and I am so pleased with the outcome. Dr Ford is EXCELLENT, he took his time, was patient, explained everything to me, made sure I was pleased and that the teeth fit in my mouth perfectly along with also making sure the completed work did not effect my bite. I found the pricing fare compared to other dentists, And I know I am in good hands moving forward with Dr. Ford RUN to see Dr. Ford, his manners, professionalism, and patience to make sure you are happy and the completed work is Above par, makes him my choice of dentists in this area.

I had with a big surprise, great experience with iDental excellent dental work. Many of my friends went out of the country for dental care saying that they saved lots of money. I tried iDental with some skepticism, but when the doctor give me the estimate I was very surprised. I had to give them a shot. I needed a major work and I was happy with the process and the care I received until the completion of the denture work. This was a wonderful experience with a local dentist. No need to fly anywhere and when I need a small adjustment I would call and get a quick appointment without the need to call many times and get the best service around the corner. Lots of my friends now have gone to iDental and they are very happy and grateful to me for suggesting this dentist. I'm very glad to have made this decision and I will recommend to all my friends. Also the medical staff at this place are very caring and supportive. I'm very picky on my dental, I'm eating and I need good teeth for that, everyone needs good teeth that's why you want the best dentist for your good life.

To begin with my first appointment which was several weeks out was canceled a few days before that appointment. I came again on the new schedule date and upon filling out paperwork found a page that said if I was 15 minutes late or no I would be rescheduled and if I was a no-show or canceled within less more than 24 less than 24 hours there would be a $50 charge. Okay that's fine. But when I waited for an 11:00 appointment for 40 minutes and still not called I call that arrogance and nothing makes me angrier than when I bring my business to your location to buy services from you and you don't treat me on time or explain why you're running late and just leave me hanging you're not the dentist for me. Also the website is very well done I was pretty certain that I dental could assess and perform any and all of the very extensive work that I needed however the office and waiting room was tiny and not representative of the organization that I thought I would be finding based on how well the website was done
